What I do

Supply chain strategy, end to end

I set supply chain strategy for Amazon Türkiye. My team owns the decisions behind inventory performance across all categories: what to buy, when, from whom, and how inventory moves through and out of the system, automated at scale.

I create value where the org chart says it's not my job, then build the function to sustain it. I joined as a senior individual contributor and went on to lead the department, rebuilding the team and its operating model from the ground up. Inventory went down, while turns and availability went up.

Since June 2026, I also lead AI for inventory and availability across Amazon's Middle East, Africa and emerging-market stores.

How I work with AI

From sampling to checking every case

Seven years in audit taught me to test samples, because checking everything was impossible. With AI agents, it isn't anymore. For big decisions, I work in three steps:

Check every case

Agents analyze the full population, not a sample.

Try to disprove it

A second, independent agent tries to prove the result wrong.

Then decide

I act only on what survives the challenge.

I build with AI every day, and I think that's where supply chain is heading.
